GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Regional Business Development & Key Client Solutions role is pivotal in implementing distinct client segment strategies and solutions as well as in driving client activation and growth initiatives in close collaboration with the Global Client Development Team, respective product and platform specialists, and global teams in the Client Strategies & Experience division.
KEY FEATURES and accountabilities
Client Management
· Support the development and implementation of distinct client segment strategies, including Key Client Solutions
· Facilitate systematic client reviews, account planning and client engagement in close collaboration with front leaders, RMs and specialists through specific sessions and as part of the Sales Approach to Leadership (S2L)
· Act as key contact point with overview and related insights of Regional and Market progress toward client related KPIs (NNM, Rec Revenue, retention, referrals, etc)
· Collaborate with business partners and global Client Activation & Growth function to develop specific solutions according to client needs and provide sales support to the business
· Ad hoc tasks related to sales and client management
People Management
· Ability to work with various stakeholders from all departments across the organization and lead initiatives through the respective business management teams
Business Management
· Represent the business in strategic roadmaps and SITO projects, preferably related to client activation and growth related topics
· Close collaboration with business managers of respective markets on business and operational issues related to the key client segments
Risk Management
· Adhere to the Bank’s Code of Ethics & Business Conduct as well as respective policies
· Support the development of risk-balanced solutions
· Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

· Sound understanding of Private Banking KPIs, client book analysis and common best practices
· Outstanding ability to manage global virtual teams and communicate with stakeholders at any seniority level
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
