· Maintain general filing system manually or electronically
· Validate and record staff petty cash claims for reimbursement
· Compile and prepare bi-weekly progress site reports.
· Consolidate time card for worker monthly
· Assist in raising material request form for purchasing
· Other administrative duties as assigned (example: maintain office stationery stocks)
· Handle public inquiries, complaints, and feedback
· Establish and maintain good relationships with stakeholders living/working near to construction site
Requirement
Minimum O’ Level or some formal qualification
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
