Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Account Managers and Systems Engineers
- Sales of maintenance for IT infrastructure system and equipment, improving clients’ satisfaction, providing outstanding service support
- Develop and grow business by prospecting existing and new clients
- Identify, evaluate, quote, negotiate maintenance opportunities
- Maintain strong connections with colleagues within the organisation to share and to understand current and future maintenance requirements
- Follow-up on support performance and spare parts
- Manage feedback and clients’ queries
- Identifies, describes benefits and advantages to clients
- Participates in client meetings
- Maintain, prepare for ISO 9001 system and audit
Requirements:
- With relevant certificates / Diploma / Degree in Commercial or Technical Field
- Experience in sales / sales management / client serving
- Maintenance offering knowledge
- Hardware knowledge of IT infrastructure system and equipment will be an advantage
- High level of integrity, discipline and ownership of role in ensuring support is maintained at all times
- Good command of presentation with good interpersonal skills
