We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Director - Procurement to join us in our Singapore office.

Job Summary:

· Manages category leads looking to develop into an Operations Director.

· Responsible for managing category leads across team/s to deliver key outcomes according to plans and contributing to strategic development of function.

· Provides leadership & direction through leads and/or teams to support and develop teams in the achievement of targets. Develops key executive / client level internal / external stakeholders / leaders.

· Provides performance management, technical & career development, and coaching.

· The individual develops their own & team strategies, implement, managing, monitoring them cradle to grave to deliver goals.

· The individual will lead the team on certain workstreams and initiatives delivering on time and to expectation via others.

· The individual will be professional, efficient and effective and delivering on targets, role model.


Key Job Responsibilities:

· Directs the Category Management teams and Leadership including High Value / Complexity Tenders.

· Proactively develops and creates internal and external senior stakeholder relationships.

· Provides performance management, technical & career development, and coaching.

· Provides expert due diligence and company and market expertise.

· Executes value creating re Process, Performance & Commercial Activity; Track Record of Delivering on Targets.

· Adapts Plan Development & Implementation including Embedding, Monitoring, Delivering via Others.

· Provides leadership and management of teams, and acts as a role model for behaviours.

· Delivers on Objectives in Challenging Situations on Time.

· Contributes/inputs into strategy development, develops plans and oversees the delivery and manages (area/unit/discipline.

· Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
