aZaaS is seeking a project manager to oversee challenging, small- to medium-sized IT projects. Experience managing mid-to-large scale IT projects with contract values more significant than S$1 million is preferred for candidates. You will coordinate with clients and other stakeholders while working with the project team under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager and Project Executives.
Responsibilities
• Review the IT solutions specifications and business requirements analysis, and guide the team in creating a thorough project plan.
• Examine project plans to ascertain the timeline, budget, and methods for completing the tasks.
• Ensure profitable delivery of quality business systems for external customers are on time, following user and system requirements, and within budget.
• Complete various process tasks, starting with the request for proposals and continuing through development, testing, and final delivery.
• In charge of ensuring the quality, productivity, and consistency of project deliverables
• Manage and plan the resources needed from user requirements, development of the functional specification, testing, and user training • Work with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are realistic and implementable.
• Conduct regular project reviews to suggest alterations to project budgets, resource requirements, or timeframes.
• Build and maintain strong business ties with stakeholders to influence and accomplish corporate objectives.
• Hold routine status meetings with the team.
Requirements
• Candidates with PMP or ITPM certifications are encouraged.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least two years of experience in project management.
