Responsibilities:
- Assist with regulatory affairs and compliance work for the company's operations in Singapore including dealing with product suppliers and regulatory bodies like HSA
- Actively stay updated and provide guidance on clinical information related to the company's suite of products, comprising both therapeutic drugs and healthcare supplements
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including regulatory authority.
- Responsible for licenses application, renewals and maintenance.
- Plan and coordinate regulatory and classification body audits with relevant authorities, prepare auditees and relevant documentations prior to audits and handle audit follow ups with both internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
- Submit reports and transactions of our companies’ assigned licenses and permits as required by respective regulatory authorities.
- Support sales and marketing, and business development in regulatory related areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology, with a valid Pharmacist License registered under the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Familiar with the regulatory registration process and requirements for Form A Poison License, Controlled Drug License, Hazardous Substances and Radioactive Products License etc.
- Knowledgeable on local regulatory landscape and Good Distribution Practice
- Strong team player, willing to learn with lots of initiative
- Meticulous, well-organized and able to meet deadlines. Positive, results-driven with a responsible attitude. Having own initiative is important for this role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
