Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day sales and operations of aesthetics medical spa business
- Achieve personal and outlet sales targets consistently
- Identify, recommend and promote appropriate face, hair removal and body aesthetic treatments
- Work closely with the Marketing Department on the execution of sales and promotional activities, handle social media/phone enquries
- Build customers relationships into long-term clients
- Handle customers’ feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.
- Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching.
- Analyse, maintain and develop standard operating procedures
- Handle ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management
- Build and motivate the operations team to boost sales performance
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to handle Mandarin speaking customers.)
- Required Skill(s): team management, sales and operations, consultation, customer service
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the aesthetics industry and experience in outlet management preferably in a medi-spa environment
- Prior experience in aesthetics treatments such as lasers, hifu, radiofrequency, fat freezing, emsculpt, hair removal etc
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
- Results driven and service oriented with proven sales track record.
- Strong aptitude in sales promotional techniques
- Willing to work 5.5 days (6 off days per month)
