As a Service Engineer, you have to :
- Attend to ad-hoc service call at cusotmers' premises and responding to calls for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance service request in accordance with the Company’s Service Agreement.
- Liaise with the customers and sub-contractors in regards to all aspect on add-on project activities.
- Monitor the progress of the work done closely to ensure that the shcedule and quality of work are met.
- Also to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time.
- Able to render technical support to the other departments.
You should:
- Posses at least a Higher Nitec or Higher qualification in Electronic or Electrical.
- Have 1-2 years experience in service and maintenance of intrusion alarm, card access and CCTV systems.
- Be certified for Building construction safety supervisor or MEWP which will be an added advantage.
- Posses a valid class 3 driving license.
- Be ready for rotating stand-by duty.
