- Possess a recognized diploma in Engineering/Building/Construction Management/Architecture/NCCS with at least two years of relevant experience in building projects.
- Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team.
- Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
- Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that workplace.
- Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
- To liaise with Resident Technical Officer / Resident Engineer for site inspections.
- To liaise with sub-contractors / suppliers and coordinate site works.
- Supervise structure / architectural / M&E works to ensure quality.
- Troubleshoot site problems to ensure smooth progress of works.
- Arrange machinery / equipment and resources.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to construction drawings and specification.
- Ensure site safety & health measures are in place before and during construction.
