Role and Responsibilities:
- Handling on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submission,
- Oversee the project, planning & ensure work is carried out according to master program
- Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
- Planning of micro scheduling with other trades/disciplines against Master program
- Risk management - identification, evaluation, and prioritization of risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability
- To update progress timely to manager/management
- Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
- To manage the construction process & attend site meeting, cover site activities and documents
- Ensuring supervisors & foremen meet clients’ regulatory work requirements.
- Obtain building permits, licenses and meet code regulations
- To check and ensure compliance with TOP checklist
- Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
- Ensuring environmental, safety, and health practices are carried out at all times
- Site inspections and coordination
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Other duties as assigned by the company from time to time
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirement:
- Degree or higher qualifications in Civil Engineering, Building Management, or Construction Management.
- At least 2 years of on-site management experience is required, and can independently manage the construction site
- Proven track record in Project Engineering in construction industry.
- Good communication skills, and leadership.
- Able to multitask, process of problem solving skill
