- Develop a product monitoring solution for reporting the product health and statistics.
- Develop a access management framework for user and product team (e.g. RBAC, RuBAC, DAC)
- Good in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Capacity to think critically and devise innovative solutions.
- Good knowledge in cloud computing platforms like Azure, AWS
- Able to work with automation tools (Ex. Power Automate) for product improvement activities
- Support technical team to develop automation workflow for operation efficiency
