The Events & Partnership Specialist oversees the execution of local industry events, ensuring smooth on-site operations by collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders and partners.
Lead industry-level projects and initiatives
- Identify and partner with potential collaborators to organize outreach and networking events, with the goal of increasing awareness and fostering programme adoption.
- Supervise industry strategic projects, events, and initiatives, while monitoring all project deliverables, results, and indicators.
- Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders to pinpoint growth opportunities for the Federation.
Accelerate industry innovation and technology adoption
- Identify the digital requirements of stakeholders to promote the adoption of technology in businesses.
- Execute programs and initiatives with the aim of educating and enhancing enterprises' understanding of various aspects of technology and digitalization.
- Implement campaigns and events to promote the adoption of technology and digital initiatives.
Organise and oversee industry development events
- Develop event proposals for management approval, ensuring objectives are met throughout planning, design, and production within set time and budget constraints.
- Cultivate strong connections with event sponsors, partners, and suppliers for potential future collaborations.
- Coordinate with event sponsors, partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless on-site operations during events.
- Work with Marketing & Communications to develop effective event marketing campaigns and communication plans for key messages.
- Gather post-event feedback from all stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in future events.
Supervise budget management & expenditures
- Create and oversee event budgets for approval by various stakeholders.
- Assess potential opportunities with funding providers and partners to ensure alignment with the organization's strategies and policies.
