KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report to Project Services & Strategy head. Responsible for project services related tasks and matters, including but not limited to:
- Identify and develop potential strategy for project services department and prepare comprehensive plan /procedure.
- Develop process excellence roadmap for PMO.
- Responsible for division audit and following up on closure.
- Responsible for enforcement of compliance for PMO
- Support in division documentation roll-out.
- Proactively develop strategy and network with industry players for collaboration opportunities
- Other task as assigned by reporting manager.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, business management or Project Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in project services, projects control, performance excellence, project development and execution, or equivalent
- Preferable with experience in renewable energy, energy and utilities, and process plant projects.
