Your key responsibilities:

  • Act as the Product Owner, providing end to end oversight of the Real Time Account Solutions products in partnership with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Own the Real Time Account Solutions product backlog and provide direction and support to the development teams based on a solid understanding of our client needs, the market place, the competition and future trends in the Accounts Solutions space.
  • Understand Market Problems – Record, Validate & Track Market Problems: Identify and document existing, changing or new Market Problems for the products and services in scope.
  • Define user stories and product features and ensure they meet business needs and are strategically aligned with global and regional business and product strategies through partnership between Cash Product Management, CB Business lines, Technology and Operations.
  • Ensure all necessary validation steps are complete prior to product launches and oversee product launch and marketing activities where required.
  • Understand end-to-end picture of product financials to ensure sustainable performance for our Account Solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with our Product Governance Model (Product Review Framework (PRF), Systematic Product Review (SPR), Product Risk Assessment (PRA) as well as local Market Regulations.
  • Conduct periodic comprehensive product reviews.
  • Develop and maintain the platforms KYP ‘Know Your Product’ which includes end to end flows, KOPP ‘Key Operating Product Procedures’ and coordinating NPA ‘New Product Approval’ process when required.
  • Actively manage audit/compliance issues and product risks.

Your skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in the global Banking industry with a distinct focus on Cash Management business.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Cash Management products and the overall payment industry with special focus on Real Time Treasury and client API products for Account Services.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies with proven experience as Product Owner in managing complex product backlogs in global squads.
  • Sound understanding of regulatory framework and risk management disciplines.
  • Extensive product management experience including experience in Agile methodologies and product positioning.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Able to think strategically with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to handle multiple demands and priorities simultaneously, work under pressure, in an organized manner and with teams across multiple locations and time-zones.
  • Able to connect, manage and influence people from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • A strong team player being part of a global team, communicating, managing and cooperating closely on a global level while being able to take product ownership and deliver independently.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office product suite.

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
