about the job
- Scheduling and Coordination of Field Service Engineers for PM / Sales Support / Breakdown calls / Installation & commissioning for Service Engineers
- Creation of jobsheets
- Handle requests from Service Engineers & support them on parts requests
- Sales Order Entry for Supplies/Parts and Accessories
- Contract invoicing
- Responsibe for allocation & upkeep of Company registered vehicles for service usage
- Checking of Technical Service Engineers OT forms for monthly submission
- Support in completing any risk assessments required at customer’s sites
skills and experience required
- Diploma / Higher NITEC in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business or equivalent
- Schedule duty roaster for field service engineer
- Understand client requirement and able to convey to field service engineer
- Hands on enough to be on site for the coordination (if need be)
- Basic understanding of revenue, profit, and margin
- Proficient in Oracle, Salesforce, MS Office (excel is a must-have)
- Willing to work around Ubi / Macpherson / Kaki Bukit area
