Responsibilities:
1) Handle phone calls, filling, data entry & report generating.
2) Assist recruitment and work passes matter.
3) Organise training for employees.
4) Execute HR policies and procedures.
5) Assist in employee relations.
6) Monthly salary calculation and prepare monthly pay slips
7) Undertake any other ad hoc duties when required.
Requirements :
1) At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
2) Proficient in MS Office.
3) Able to multi-task in a fast moving environment.
4) Committed, meticulous and self-motivated.
5) Able to communicate in English and/or Chinese/Tamil/Hindi fluently.
6) Good command of English and familiar in writing business letter.
