- Handle the entire spectrum of responsibilities, including setting up, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, networks, and systems. Provide troubleshooting and IT technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues, along with user support for desktops, notebooks, and printers, including site installation.
- Collaborate closely with IT Manager and other internal stakeholders on assigned IT support functions to achieve operational efficiency and ensure smooth execution of works.
- Coordinate with users and IT vendors for the delivery of IT solutions and services.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in MS Office 365, end-users desktop support, IT security implementation & operations in Healthcare industry.
