About the role:
As Account Director you will be responsible for overseeing a growing collective of key influencer marketing accounts whilst managing and developing junior team members. You’ll lead on client strategy and high stake campaigns within your pod; building longer term roadmaps for clients and repeat business based on successful campaign strategy. But this is importantly also a role to inspire the team, we want to empower the team to own their role, responsibilities, and impact positive change.
Responsibilities:
- Confidently represent Brainlabs’ Influencer product in new business pitches / cross-sells
- Collaborating with our regional and product specialists to develop proactive proposals, insights pieces, and strategies - with a view to increasing client success and client retention
- Own influencer marketing strategy in the region and for clients
- Client growth; grow, expand and leverage client relationships. Be a true partner to Brainlabs’ clients business. Lead and develop a growing team of higher performing Influencer Marketers
- Take an active role in developing and evolving Brainlabs’ influencer solutions in APAC, in collaboration with Brainlabs’ global product experts.
- Be a radiator for the Influencer product in APAC
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience developing bespoke marketing and client strategies
- Outstanding knowledge of the social media and influencer landscape with a focus on innovation. A true social audience expert, with experience setting creative direction
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience selling into and building relationships with clients
- Be a natural problem solver who can identify and action opportunities for growth and has the ability to generate compelling creative solutions for our clients
- Experience nurturing a high performing team
