- Provide accounting and admin support such as filing, answering of phone calls, and respond to queries
- Liaise with customers on billing and payment-related issues
- Assist in data entry and bookkeeping
- Liaise and coordinate with clients on documents collections and returns
- Follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Investigate and resolve customers’ inquiries, including resolving collection and payment discrepancies
- Perform any other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

- Minimum diploma
- Able to communicate in english,chinese and malay
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Good attitude, willing to learn and multitask
- Proficiency in MS office
