Responsibilities:
· Develop comprehensive work schedules, including specific timelines for operational and maintenance activities related to building, mechanical, and electrical (M&E) trades. Ensure efficient resource allocation through consolidated and reviewed work programs.
· Oversee on-site management and supervision, ensuring contractors adhere to specified work requirements. Guide on-site technicians and security personnel to conduct inspections and finalize tasks.
· Contribute insights and feedback to the service and ad-hoc contract renewal process, aiming to enhance workflows and mitigate the risk of service non-compliance.
· Collaborate with consultants and end-users to gather technical feedback and manage the entire process from raising case numbers to successful completion.
· Operate building automation systems and validate measurement accuracy through site assessments.
· Evaluate and provide input on contractor-proposed drawings, work schedules, risk assessments, method statements, and submissions. Ensure alignment with design and user intent while maintaining thorough coverage.
· Organize and participate in meetings with contractors to monitor and assess their progress.
Requirements:
· Need to have steel structure knowledge
· Able to read floor plan
· Should possess qualifications and training in building, mechanical, or electrical (M&E) trades.
· Demonstrated experience in maintenance and operational planning, site coordination, due diligence inspections, investigations, technical feasibility studies, and a solid understanding of workplace safety and health regulations.
Responsible for effective coordination of servicing works by liaising with contractors and end-users.
