We are looking for Senior Associate / Associate (minimum of 2 years PQE) to join our Corporate Team.
The candidates that we are looking for should have the following qualities / experience:
- Possess a strong understanding of corporate law principles. Experience in merger & acquisition, lending & secured finance, intellectual property, variable capital company, single family office or family trust would be advantageous but not mandatory.
- Capable of drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactional documents. Skilled in negotiation and contract review.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify legal issues, assess risks, and propose effective solutions.
- Can navigate complex legal challenges, providing innovative and pragmatic solutions for corporate clients.
- Able to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic legal advice.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, collaborating with other associates and support staff to achieve common goals.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
