Responsibilities
- Lead a HR shared service team to provide HR operational support to in accordance with internal service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Supports employee lifecycle administration after onboarding, specifically contract management services including probation confirmation, employee transfer, conversion of employment contract terms, and retirement and re-employment
- Also be responsible for driving projects that leverages on technology to achieve work efficiency
- Manage, coach and develop the team members in the handling of daily operations and complex issues, and improve the overall service quality of the team
- Ensure the work processes are in compliance with HR policies and government regulations, and design, review and implementation of work process improvements and system enhancements
- Actively engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource or Business-related qualification.
- At least 8 years of HR experience of which 5 years are HR Operations experience and with in-depth knowledge of employee life-cycle administration.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a people-manager role.
- Prior HR shared services experience in large scale corporations will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of RPA tool and prior hands-on experience in implementing RPA projects.
- Able to identify, drive and see through the implementation of work improvement projects.
