Very strong sense of urgency in getting things done, and enjoy his/her time in talking to people. A good listener, and a better respondent to provide career advice and selling relevant opportunities to job seekers. He/She has a bold personality, and curious nature. Always probing and establishing stronger relationship with clients and candidates. Job Description Responsibilities:
- Manage 360-degree end to end recruitment
- Identify potential business opportunities and clientele to conduct business development activity
- Business Development, Account Management and Account Development
- Active candidate sourcing and screening of CVs through resourceful means including various platforms/portals
- Work alongside hiring managers to ensure that their expectations are met
- Marketing initiatives to gain exposure and promote brand awareness
Requirements:
- A strong communicator with strong sense of responsibility to their work
- 1- Possess a hunter-like personality to thrive in a sales environment
- Strong team player and able to multi-task in such an environment
- 2 years of experience in a sales related job.
