1.Own and deliver end-to-end client onboarding experience for our clients of WM Business, facing off clients alongside our client advisors to gather required client onboarding documentation.
2.Interface as a case manager to seamlessly handle all the different steps for onboarding a client, handle all queries from the client/client adviser.
3.Think flexibly to propose new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services.
4.Strong understanding of the ever-changing regulations relating to AML/KYC and Investment suitability.
5.Engage in Adhoc projects including systems change, process improvement, cross border initiatives, new regulatory changes from requirements gathering through implementation.
6.Have good planning and time management/prioritization skills.
