We are looking for a UX Researcher to join and support the Creative Team. You will also work closely with clients and be responsible for conducting user and stakeholder research activities including user interviews, ideation sessions, usability studies and other user research techniques to inform a human-centred design for the project. We are looking for people who are curious, open, eager to learn and to eventually grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Loves data and analyses them to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into digital business decisions.
- Responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include users and business requirements, activities and strategic design approach.
- Will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
- Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect the business vision with our Human
- Centered Design thinking and strategy that facilitates delightful user experiences.
Prerequisites
- Work with UI/UX teams to prioritize business goals and information needed to craft the digital and design strategy
- Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide insightful reports
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
- Establish best practices in User Experience design
- Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
