Job Description:
- Liaise with hiring managers to source for suitable candidates for job openings.
- Flexibility to work on any industry of your preference
- Source for candidates using job portals and social media
- Manage job postings on job portals
- Conduct recruitment process of resume screening, contact candidates and send over potential candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Proactively build up pipelines and increase talent database
- Manage onboarding process for shortlisted candidates
- Follow up closely with clients and candidates regarding whole recruitment and onboarding process
- Achieve KPI assigned to earn commission
Requirements:
- Entry Level – no experience required, fresh graduates and experienced recruiters are welcome to join us!
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self starter and highly motivated
