Job Overview
The junior project manager is the link between the technical team and internal and external stakeholders. He/She must coordinate and transfer all the relevant information from internal and external stakeholders to his/her team and report to the upper management. He/She should work closely with backend, frontend, mobile and design team members and communicate the goals of the project. He/She monitors the progress of the project, taking action accordingly.
Job Scope
- Lead and deliver projects, work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to establish project plans, risk management plans, project milestones and deliverables.
- Define project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations
- Manage the integration of various components of the project for delivery of product features
- Work cohesively with team members to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are completed according to schedule.
Experience Requirements
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in delivering agile projects (planning, execution and team management) in the context of Software Development
- Experience with practically minded Agile software development and software engineering best practices
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Proficient in using a variety of agile delivery tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, organizational and leadership talents, communication skills, systems thinking, and customer focus
