About the role
We are excited to welcome an Sales Manager who wants to be part of an exciting growth story. As a Sales manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our products/services, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This role is based in Singapore where you’ll work directly alongside our founders and leadership team to grow our business globally, and travel to visit key accounts. This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to bring immediate impact and shape our global sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Needs Assessment:
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and business needs.
- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
- Account Growth:
- Develop account expansion strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Client Retention:
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance overall client retention rates.
- Strategic Planning:
- Work with clients to develop and implement strategic account plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align services and solutions with client goals.
- Communication:
- Provide clear and regular communication to clients regarding product updates, new features, and industry trends.
- Ensure clients are aware of the value they receive from our products/services.
- Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular account performance reports.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts based on client engagement and historical data.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Gather client feedback and communicate it internally to drive product improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
