Naturepack Pte Ltd specializes in modern, contemporary gifting solutions, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our fast-growing company.
- Coordinate and manage corporate orders, and advise customers on their gifting requests.
- Accommodate ad hoc changes requested by clients.
- Contribute to managing existing accounts with excellent after-sales customer service.
- Provide support to the sales team for smooth coordination with clients.
- Plan monthly schedules for B2B clients to ensure timely services.
- Issue invoices promptly and accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Coordinate with the operations team for efficient delivery order processing.
- Manage day-to-day B2B transactions efficiently.
- Perform various ad-hoc activities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the product team to conceptualise/diversify store offerings and introduce seasonal products for business growth.
- Keep the online store regularly updated with the latest products and offerings
- Process and fulfill online store orders, ensuring timely product deliveries.
- Create SOP and train warehouse staff to fulfill orders
- Accurately record online orders in the accounting system.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in sales support .
- Possess a Diploma in Business Administration / Business Management or Equivalent
- Able to work well in a team and individually.
- Possess good organisation and time management skills.
