Senior/Human Resource Executive - JC

We are looking for a Senior/Human Resource Executive to join our group. He/She will be responsible for the following functions:


Core Function

1) Policies and Procedure


  • Understand the needs of the organization and the profile of our employees.
  • Research and stay up to date on industry best practices, HR laws and regulations that impact the Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Advise, develop, implement and review HR department and Company’s HR policies and procedures that aligns with Company’s vision, mission and values.
  • Develop, implement and review the communication plan to communicate policies and procedures to the Company.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure relevant employees understand the policies and
  • procedures.
  • Track employee behaviour, conduct audits and ensure all employees follow policies and
  • procedures.
  • Investigate, document and make corrective action recommendations for any violations of HR
  • department and Company’s HR policies and procedures.
  • Advise management and stakeholders on all HR department and Company HR policies and
  • procedures, ensuring company remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently across the Company.

Requirements:


  • About 2-5 years of experience in policies and procedures; 0-2 years of experience in account servicing.
  • Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) - Preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, Internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
