Job Description:
The Customer Service personnel is responsible for providing post-sales support, to meet customer needs. The incumbent has to establish good rapport, both externally with customers and internally amongst co-workers.
• Handle all incoming phonecalls/emails/faxes, promptly and professionally
• Plan and coordinate daily deliveries & collections
• Process sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes and credit notes
• Prompt follow-up and response, on customer backorders, contracts, enquiries and requests
• File all required records promptly and in proper sequence
• Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, operations, sales, technical and finance) to resolve customer issues
• Ensure conformance to required Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide administrative support, as and when required
• Act as backup for other team members, as and when required

Qualifications Required:
• Previous customer service experience will be advantageous
• Competent in Microsoft Office (especially MS-Excel) applications
