Job Scope
- Leading a team of 15 Production Operation Staff including Supervisor Engineer, Administrator etc)
- Ensure production operation are going smoothly to achieve customer satisfaction
- Ensure safe system work practice are follow at all times and incident are being follow up and rectify on time
- Supervision of staff including performance evaluation and disciplinary action if any
- Providing encouragement to Supervisor/Team leader ensuring that they properly manage and reward team member effort
- Working with Quality Assurance Department to ensure investigation of quality incident are being address accordingly
- Preparing of management reports and participate in meeting as required
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent
- 5 – 8 Year of Similar Experience in Chemical Process Plant
- Candidate with Coating Industry Experience Preferred
