Responsibilities:
1. The supervision, reporting, and execution of all matters pertaining to the crew.
2. Ensuring effective collaboration with manning agents for the on-off signing of crew members.
3. Oversight of the performance of manning agencies and the reporting of incidents or issues to the Crewing Manager.
4. Coordinating travel and lodging for crew members during on-off signing.
5. Maintaining the schedule for vessel crew changes and the implementation of plans.
6. Managing crew data within the company’s management system.
7. Confirming crew documentation and qualifications, as well as managing visas and flag state certificates.
8. Preparing the crew’s monthly payroll and handling all claims and expenses related to the crew.
Requirements:
– Possession of a Diploma or Higher Nitec in Shipping or a relevant field.
– At least 1-2 years of experience in the shipping industry or crewing.
– The ability to independently carry out job responsibilities.
– A team player with strong organizational skills.
