Job Responsibilities:
- Manage office affairs which include maintaining emergency contact list and conducting yearly training, managing office leases, foreign workers' accommodations, company vehicles, supporting protocols and managing other ad hoc general affairs tasks such as employee inquiries.
- Payroll and benefits administration and assist in recruitment and selection
- Liaise with local government agencies (MOM, CPF, SDF, etc.), periodic changes to employee handbooks, personnel rules, and other procedures
- Create a budget, manage and supervise direct reports, and prepare monthly attendance reports for management based on working hours data recorded in the HRMS.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or a similar field is required, and at least 1 year of experience managing HR and GA.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to compromise and react adaptably to different circumstances.
- Possess a strong problem-solving attitude.
