Job Description
A Consultant within the Professional Services Department plays a key role in the implementation of the Tessaract software for clients that have been successfully closed by the Sales Team. He/she assists the Manager with onboarding clients by executing the key tasks required to ensure that our software is best configured to suit the business processes of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Executing key tasks required to configure our software to suit the business needs of clients.
- Oversee the data migration process to ensure clients’ data are accurately transposed to our software.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Customer engagement which includes managing project expectations and resolution of key issues.
- Assist scoping with Sales and pre-Sales teams
- Coach, mentor junior team members.
- Create and maintain PS artifacts and SOPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or Engineering School.
- 1-2 years experience in Enterprise Solution Implementation.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Understanding of business requirements and how to apply technology to a business problem.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
- Following through deadlines and responsibilities
- Possess a keen eye for detail
- Possess excellent presentation skills
- System Integrator experience with big 4 consulting firms a plus
