Primary Purpose and Function
- Responsible of driving and grow tender sales
- Create value for Tender business by building new and more vendors/solutions
- To support company's business planning and development function
- To support product planning & development
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build tendering network to source and prepare tender ground work
- Supervise, monitor and manage all ongoing awarded tenders and ensure tender delivery on time
- Source new and review vendor's solutions costing and quality
- Ensuring prompt payment collection from concluded Tender
- Support AGM's planning works on business and product development
- Understanding of CV market development in competitors' products
Competency Requirement
- Good knowledge on MS Office and tools such as Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI etc
- Good knowledge on Project Management skills and planning in handling tenders, specifically for GOV tender
- Good knowledge of Automotive business,(CV preferred), to support business & product planning / Development
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline. (Degree preferred)
- At least 3 years in Tender related work
- Involve in business / product development / planning work
