Project Admin

  • Overall co-ordination , status reporting , tracking and execution of project related tasks assigned.
  • Maintaining project management standards and procedures.
  • Documenting critical incident details and generating reports.
  • Conducting post incident reviews to understand the root cause and learn from the incident.
  • MS Power point, MS Excel, MS Word experience.
  • Prepare presentation decks for weekly project meeting, Steering Committee, and other project forums.
  • Coordinate/schedule meetings, formal minute taking and follow-up on issue from various forums.
  • Maintain document filing structure/repository (SharePoint)
  • Communicating with clients (other agencies) about the status and progress of the projects (e.g., Document, artifacts etc.) where needed.
  • Working with the different stakeholders
  • Program coordination and administration
