Job Description
This position is responsible to create and grow business opportunities in petroleum industry. The person will develop and maintain favorable relationships with companies in the industry to increase revenue.
The candidate must be able to identify and create new opportunities. He/She develops business and professional networks to foster an atmosphere of inclusiveness with diverse external stakeholders and the global business community.
Main Roles and Responsibilities of Managing Director
• To direct the company as one of the four board members of the company.
• To manage the company activities on daily basis, coordinating with the parent company and other related companies/departments
• Formulate business ideas and directions to drive change in the organisation
• Foster an atmosphere of inclusiveness with diverse external stakeholders and the global business community, especially in petroleum industry.
• Lead organisational succession planning, capability development and employee engagement.
Job Requrement
• Graduate /Undergraduate Degree
• Fluent in Japanese to make coordination between the board members, and top management of the Head Office in Japan.
• More than 10 years of experience in management in petroleum business
