Responsibilities :
- Quantity take off and cost estimation of tenders / projects
- Prepare tender submission
- Sourcing, evaluate and negotiation with specialist, suppliers and subcontractors
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets and other documents
- Finalized project accounts with clients and subcontractors
- Other quantity surveying related duties.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying / Telecommunication
- Min. 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Residential project or Telco Project
- Intricate knowledge in SIA Building & Construction Law
- Able to interpret contractual agreements and identify discrepancies
