Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
- Achieve and exceed monthly personal & store sales target
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of sales figures and summary for Store Manager
- Train, coach, and mentor new sales associates to meet and exceed performance standards
- Manpower arrangement and planning of team roster
- Manage shop daily operation, inventory management and stock takes
- Act as the Store-In-Charge in the absence of the Store Manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in luxury retail as supervisory position
- Ability to work in airport retail environment
- Customer service oriented & sales driven
