Job Responsibilities:
- To attend to customers’ phone enquiries and calls deployment.
- To provide service reservations.
- To coordinate breakdown site services for customers.
- To answer live chat queries.
- To make outbound calls to remind customers for car servicing and surveys pertaining to after sales services.
- To update customers’ particulars in the system.
- To process online payment.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ’O’ level or equivalent.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Team player with good discipline and positive attitude.
- Equipped with administrative experience will be an added advantage.
