Job Responsibilities:
- Sustaining, improving and validating of written customer communications (by performing administrative, secretariat-support and scrutineering duties);
- The production news portal, the inhouse news portal and social media equivalent (by performing editorial support and technical duties);
- The progress of the projects (by performing curatorial and filing duties).
- He/she may assist in the functions of the permanent team members.
Period:
- 6 months
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary:
- Up to $14/hour

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holders
- Meticulousness and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment.
- Solid administrative/organisational ability.
- Good writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools like blog publishing & video editing, Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to evolving needs and work to deadline.
- Readiness to carry out special projects that may involve taking on independent responsibilities.
