Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and iced beverages, as well as cocktails, classic cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Interact with customers, answering questions, making recommendations, and managing customer complaints.
- Maintain a clean and organized cafe and bar area, including restocking supplies and preparing ingredients.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and adhere to company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation during busy hours
- Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.
