Project Description:
The role involves undertaking the responsibilities of a senior Advertising Specialist, where the primary focus is on cultivating and maintaining client relationships to drive commercial success. This includes championing, coaching, and implementing best practices in client partnership across the organization. The role will be also referred as to “Senior Partner, Client & Commercial Relationships”.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers, serving as a trusted advisor. Understand and address client business needs, proposing proactive solutions for mutual value.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, exceeding retention targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies, including pricing, contract terms, and risk management. Negotiate complex agreements, identify new business opportunities, and oversee commercial aspects of client engagements.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to propose strategic initiatives. Drive business growth by pursuing new opportunities aligned with market dynamics and ensuring adherence to budget and profitability goals.
Experience & Qualifications:
- A track record of several years in Marketing or Advertising agency’s commercial roles.
