Job Description
- Partner with stakeholders to manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, sourcing and interview of candidates; prepare salary proposal; on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Provide sound HR advice on all strategic people matters, working with the broader HR Team on continuous improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs and processes, ensuring compliance to regulations and best practices
- Collaborating with HR COE teams to support Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement initiatives
- Provide advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions (including disciplinary action) for employee relations issues
- Provide guidance to stakeholders in global HRMS queries and issues
- Monitoring of workforce movement, administering of contracts
In view of ISMS requirements:
- Maintain confidentiality of information received, either in writing or verbally, whether technical, business, legal, organizational, personal or any other information that could result in damage to Yokogawa in case of disclosure to unauthorized persons, regardless of whether the information is classified as confidential or not
- Take all reasonable, necessary, and appropriate steps to safeguard confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Yokogawa’s assets and information
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Excellent people management skills, and effective communicator
- Resourceful with forward planning skills and ability to multitask
- Highly driven, strong sense of initiative and urgency
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Proficiency in Workday software is a plus
