Our client, a US Listed MNC within the Semiconductor industry is presently seeking for a Regional Human Resource (HR) Manager (APAC).
The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions across the region which includes onboarding & offboarding, staffing & training, compensation & benefits. Reporting to the HR Director, the incumbent will act as the Point of Contact to lead in matters regarding HR, employment law, industry practices, workplace rights and report to the HR Director seated in the US.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess at least a Degree in Human Resource of equivalent
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in related field
• Proven experience as a HR Manager covering APAC region
• Able to read, write, speak English and Chinese to communicate with Mandarin speaking associate
• Proficient in HRIS (Oracle)
• Strong knowledge in HR principles, labor laws, and regulations
