Primary Responsibilities
1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the depot
2. Establishes, assigns, and adjusts work methods and procedures to meet schedules using knowledge of capacities and capabilities of depot personnel
3. Ensuring that high levels of service are maintained
4. Monitoring health and safety in the depot
5. Liaising with key customers to make sure they’re satisfied with the depot’s performance
6. Managing the quality control of the depot and all equipment within the depot
7. Recommend and investigate work to facilitate the smooth running of the depot
8. Manage, coach and provide day to day leadership to team members
