Job Description:
- Ensuring completeness of disbursement submissions and seeking clarification from grant applicants
- Verification of submitted e-invoices/receipts/other documents and fraud detection
- Obtaining disbursement approvals and keeping disbursement records
- Assisting in preparation of meetings
- Any other administrative tasks assigned
Working Arrangement:
Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Station
Working Hours:
Mondays – Thursdays, 9am – 6.30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Fridays, 9am – 6pm
Contract Duration: 7 Months
Salary: Monthly Rated
Job Requirements:
• Versed in Microsoft office
• Knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
