Supervise and ensure a smooth flow of the airfreight import and export operations; ensure that relevant documents are sent on time and follow up on urgent issues. Require good communication skills to ensure excellent customer service to our clients and vendors, and ensure harmony within the departments. Responsible for initiating new ideas to create an easier workflow for everyone.

· Optimize processes to achieve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
· Lead and motivate a small team of airfreight specialists.
· Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their airfreight needs are met.
· Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
· Collaborate with airlines, customs brokers, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
· Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve airfreight performance.
· Monitor and report on E-AWB, FWB/FHL, and operational automation KPIs.
· Facilitate effective communication among air product teams, key accounts, and team members at various organizational levels.
· Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate and implement a robust pricing strategy.
