Department: Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Design, curate and implement programs and learning solutions that drives capability-building and the workforce for the organisation.
- Conduct training programs and interventions, with expertise in learning methodologies and training evaluation to ensure effective learning outcomes such as employees understanding on organisation philospohy and values, technical skills for store operations employees.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, global headquarters to plan and organize training program and optimizing learning opportunities for all employees.
- Perform analysis and identify metrics/KPIs to track program impact, learning utilization and other talent and learning development outcomes.

- Ability to develop and articulate a clear vision and motivate others to support and execute that vision
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline with minimum 6-8 years of experience in learning development and training.
- Proven track records in FMCG or fast pace, high-growth retail environment would be a plus.
- Ability to do stand-up facilitation and training to a large group of audience.
- Experience in project management and budgeting.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with the ability to build interpersonal relationships, have experience in leading a team.
